Temporary
Relieve temporary staffing shortages due to seasonal demand, vacation, illness or special projects by using temporary employees. Temporary positions are billed at an hourly rate. Payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance are included in the hourly rate.
Temp-To-Hire
Our Temp-To-Hire option gives you a chance to evaluate potential employees prior to making an offer of employment. The employee remains on Service Staff's payroll until you are ready to make an offer. An employee who has satisfied the 'conversion period' may be converted to your payroll at no additional charge.
Direct Hire Placement
Our Direct Hire option allows you to acquire qualified personnel for immediate hire. We handle the recruiting process, conduct interviews, manage background investigations and skills testing. Direct Hire services are usually billed as a percentage of starting annual salary.
